About the Role:
Copperfield Inn LLC is looking for an energetic and experienced Front of House Manager to lead our team in Limerick, PA! This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the guest experience, drive service excellence, and be a key part of a dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all front of house operations to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise FOH staff including servers, hosts, and bartenders
- Monitor floor operations during service to maintain quality, speed, and hospitality standards
- Handle guest concerns and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen and BOH management to ensure smooth communication and service flow
- Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations
Requirements:
- 2+ years of FOH management or supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent guest relations and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic restaurant technology
- Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- TIPS or ServSafe certification preferred
